摘要: |
利用高速刮擦试验机研究了NiG(镍石墨)封严涂层与Ti6Al4V叶片在线速度30~150 m/s下刮擦时的材料转移行为。根据对叶片重量和高度变化、叶片和涂层磨痕的形貌、能谱分析发现,NiG封严涂层与Ti6Al4V叶片高速刮擦时主要发生叶片材料向涂层的转移。进一步通过对转移层表面和截面形貌、能谱和XRD分析,以及对分段收集的高速刮擦中的磨屑的观察,阐明了涂层磨痕中叶片材料转移层的结构、物相、转移位置和形成过程。 |

Abstract: |
The material transfer behavior between the NiG seal coating and the Ti6Al4V blade rubbing from 30 to 150 m/s was studied on a high speed rubbing test rig. According to the blade weight and height variation, the morphology and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDX) analysis of the blade and coating’s wear scars, the blade material transferred to the coating during the high speed rubbing between the NiG seal coating and the Ti6Al4V blade. The structure, phase, location and the forming process of the blade material transfer layer on the coating wear scar were analyzed based on the morphology, EDX and XRD study of the transfer layer’s surface and section, and the observation of the wear debris collected segmentally during high speed rubbing. |
