摘要: |
研究了添加n—SiC多元PTFE复合材料磨损形貌特征。研究认为:在载荷P=200N、滑动速度为0.42m/s、试验时间2h试验条件下,未添加n-SiC的多元PTFE复合材料的磨损机理是以粘着磨损为主,微切削磨损为辅;添加n—SiC多元PTFE复合材料的磨损特征发生了显著变化:以微切削磨损为主、粘着磨损为辅,添加3%n—SiC的复合材料,摩擦因数为0.1472,耐磨性为JS-13的17.81倍。磨损机理的转变正是该类复合材料耐磨性提高的重要原因。 |

Abstract: |
The tribological characters of multi-component PTFE-based Composites with n-SiC were analyzed. The results indicated that the wear mechanism of multi-component PTFE-based composite is adhesive dominantly with some micro-ploughing; but for multi-component PTFE-based Composite with n-SiC, micro-ploughing became primary at the condition of P=200 N,V=0.42 m/s, t=2 h. The friction coefficient of the composite with 3%n-SiC is 0.1472, its wear resistance is 17.81 times higher than that of the JS-13. |
