表面技术在烟机配件国产化上的运用

摘要:
围绕云南省烟机配件国产化的工作，成功地将铝合金硬质阳极氧化、化学镀镍磷、微弧氧化制备陶瓷层等技术应用于烟机配件上，节约了进口配件采购费1亿元以上。

Abstract:
On the purpose of domestic production of the cigarette machine parts in Yunnan province, some surface engineering techniques were applied , such as oxidizing of the Al alloy hard anode, electroless plating Ni-P coating, micro-arc oxidized ceramic coating., etc. About 100 million yuan RMB was saved without importation of the parts.
