| 研究了化学复合镀Ni-P-SiC,Ni-P-Al2O3,Ni-P-PTFE三种复合涂层的摩擦磨损特性,研究了载荷对复合涂层耐磨性的影响,比较了三种涂层的抗咬合性能,结果发现低载荷下,减摩涂层具有更好的耐磨性,高载荷下抗磨涂层具有更好的耐磨性。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this paper the wear characteristic of electroless composite coatings Ni-P-PTFE,Ni-P-SiC and Ni-P- Al_2O_3 were studied. The effect of load on the wear resistance of composite coatings was studied and the anti-seizing of three composite coatings was compared.The results show that the Ni P-PTFE coating has good wear resistance at low load and the Ni-P-SiC and Ni-P- Al_2O_3 coatings have good wear resistance at high load. |
