45钢上几种表面涂层的微动损伤行为和机理研究

在SRV微动试验机上研究了五种表面改性层:离子镀TiN激光硬化,磁控溅射MoS2离子渗流,电刷镀Ni-MoS2的抗微动磨损性能,结果表明:以高硬度为特征的抗磨必性层,比低摩擦因数的减摩改性层,能更有效地改善基体45钢的抗微动损伤性能,其微动损伤机制均为颗粒脱落,但由于各表面改性层性能的不同,共损伤过程亦有差别。

Abstract:
This paper investigated the fretting wear resistant properties of various surface modification techniques, including ion-plated TiN, laser hardenning, magnetron-sputtered MoS_2, ion sulphuration and electric brush-plating Ni-MoS_2. The results indicated that the fretting wear-resistance of antiwear surface techniques such as ion-plated TiN and laser-hardenning characterized by high hardness was superior to that of antifriction techniques with low friction coefficient such as MoS_2, and ion sulphuration, especially at a higher load and larger number of cycles. The fretting wear mechanism of various surface modification were particle detachment even though the damage processes were different completely because of their different surface characteristics. The variation of the wear volumes of various surface layers with the number of cycles or normal load showed that their fretting-resistant performances could be ranged in the order of superiority as: ion-plated TiN, laser-hardenning, magnetron-sputtered MoS_2,(few number of cycles), ion-sulphuration and electric brush-plating Ni-MoS_2. By modification techniques, the fretting wear resistance of 1045 steel substrate was improved with different degree.
