摘要: |
等离子渗碳是近些年来世界上研究开发的表面处理新工艺。该工艺利用低压气体的辉光放电,产生等离子体,在电场的作用下碳离子轰击工件.被工件表面吸收、扩散,达到渗碳目的。该工艺不仅可用于代替传统的气体渗碳,还可对难渗碳金属、高熔点金属、热喷涂层等表面渗碳。 |

Abstract: |
The plasma carburizing is a new process of surface treatment in the world. The plasma is produced in glow-discharge of low-pressure gases, and the C ions in plasma can bombard the surface of work piece under the electric field, then can be absorbed, diffused by the surface.The process can substitllte the traditional gas carburizing,and can be used for carburizing of difficult-carburizing and high meIting point metals and thermal sprayed coatings. |
