Abstract:

This article introduccs that the Welding Rescarch Institutc of Osaka University which was known as JWRI changed its name to the Joining and Welding Research Institare and sestructued its resecarchsystem,presents a new concept of "cyclic loop of Production and Recovery Process" in joining and welding researches for the 21st century.
