针对飞机钛合金所存在的氧化损坏问题,通过使用几种金属离子注入钛合金后性能变化的分析研究,说明运用离子注入技术可以有效地防止钛合金的氧化。同时也分析了离子注入技术的优点及存在的不足,并展望了该技术在航空领域中的发展趋势。 |

Abstract: |
Directing against the oxidation problem of aviation titanium alloys the metallic ion implantation technique was investigated in this paper. Through the analyses of properties after implantation it could be indicated that this technique is effective to prevent oxidation of titanium alloys. At the same time, some disadvantages and the prospect of this technique in aviation were discussed as well. |
