热电厂用高速电弧喷涂FeCrAl/WC涂层的性能研究

摘要:
利用高速电弧喷涂技术将自行研制的FeCrAl/WC粉芯丝材制备出FeCrAl/WC复合涂层。采用EDS谱、XRD谱和成分分析系统测到FeCrAl/WC涂层的组成为84%FeCr 16%(WC、W2C、少量(FeCr)2O3和Al2O3)。通过对涂层的显微组织和力学性能的研究,得出FeCrAl/WC复合涂层的组织呈现出典型的层状结构特征;涂层综合力学性能优异,具有较高结合强度、高致密度、较佳的耐热震性能等特点。结果表明,该涂层在所测的力学性能方面能适用于热电厂燃煤锅炉管道的服役条件,能够满足实际工况应用的需要。

Abstract:
A composite FeCrAl/WC coating produced by high speed arc spraying and welding wire with powder filling inside was successfully developed. The composition of this coating was identified by EDX and XRD as 84 % FeCr+16 % (WC, W2C) and trace (FeCr)2O3 and Al2O3. This FeCrAl/WC composite coating displayed the typical layered structure characteristic, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, higher bonding strength with substrate, good fineness and thermal shock-resistance. The results of investigations, showed that this coating can be used for the boiler-tubes of power plant and can satisfy the necessity of practicle working conditions.
