电弧喷涂新型底层材料-Ni-Al合金的研究

摘要:
利用镍铝二元相图分析了铝含量对制备镍铝合金丝的影响,通过X射线衍射结果研究了合金丝材及电弧喷涂镍铝合金涂层的相结构,测定了涂层与基体的结合强度,用线扫描测出了涂层与基体间元素的扩散,分析了涂层与基体间造成较高结合强度及形成扩散的原因。

Abstract:
The effect of aluminium on production of Ni-Al prealloyed wire was analyzed through NiAl binary diagrams. The arc spray coating was also evaluated for bond strength and phase distribution by X-ray diffraction. Elements diffusion between substrate and coating was examined by line scan. High bond strength and elements diffusion between substrate and coating were explained in this paper.
